Our story

Born and trained in France, with roots in Bordeaux, Jean-Pascal Lacaze has spent more than two decades crafting wines in Chile, exploring some of the country's most distinctive terroirs.

This French Collection is a return to origins — not a return to the past, but a dialogue between two worlds. It brings together French heritage and years of winemaking experience gained across the Andes.

Each wine is selected and crafted with the same philosophy: respect for terroir, authenticity and elegance over excess.

The Region

Exploring France !

After more than two decades of crafting wines in Chile, this project is also a personal journey back to France. Beginning with Bordeaux — a region that shaped my foundations and understanding of wine — the ambition is to explore different French terroirs and expressions over time.

Each region has its own identity, climate and character. Rather than seeking a single style, the purpose is to discover, learn and craft wines that faithfully express the place from which they come.

This collection is intended as an evolving journey through French terroirs, guided by curiosity, experience and respect for authenticity.
